CONCIERGE MANAGER INITIAL ASSESSMENT 

A comprehensive in person clinical assessment by a Health & Safety Qualified CONCIERGE MANAGER of our new client's environment and requirements, the development of a CONCIERGE care plan and allocation of a CONCIERGE carer that best suits our client and their requirements.

The manager facilitates the meeting of client / carer for the first time and liaises regularly in the initial phase to ensure client satisfaction.

** this figure is refundable after the first quarter of care service delivery
