CONCIERGE provides a comprehensive quality home care service ensuring independence and quality of life within your own home.

The company offers services daily ( a minimum six hour day / twelve hour night care for a minimum of three days per week ), weekly  or full 24/7 live in care.

CONCIERGE provides home care on a short or long term basis, even at short notice. 

 

Care services are delivered by our highly trained home health carers who have your health and wellbeing as their priority 

 

CONCIERGE CARE will gladly assist you in accessing our wide range of services on request including:

*  rehabilitation assistance following hospitalisation for a medical event or surgery

*  respite care for families caring for loved ones - please refer to minimum service hours above 

*  assistance to manage acute or chronic health issues that would make it difficult to be at home such as maintaining hydration, taking of medication, wound care and fall prevention 

*  NB - early recognition of any clinical deterioration and preventing hospital admission

*  close liaison with family & GP

*  assessment/advice regarding rehabilitation and mobility aids

 

*  assistance with the activities of daily living to promote independence and confidence at home including:

    Personal care

    Basic home cleaning and laundry

    Shopping assistance

    Ensure filling and delivery of prescriptions

    Exercise and travel companion
