STEP 1 - YOU REACH OUT TO US

CONCIERGE OWNER PRINCIPLE SISTER NICOLETTE NAYLOR WILL DISCUSS WITH YOU, CARE REQUIREMENTS, OFFER ADVICE & ARRANGE A PERSONAL CONSULTATION. CONCIERGE then EMAILS YOU with a documentation pack including general information / requirements / quote / agreements.

Sr Nicolette is always only a phone call or email away to assist at this important time.

STEP 2 - THE CONSULTATION

Should you be happy with the discussion and quote a PERSONAL CONSULTATION AT HOME TO MEET YOU AND YOUR FAMILY follows

This is enables us to assess your individual requirements / logistics and match a specific carer to you.

It also gives you time to have any further issues clarified (often this is the first time a client has requested home assistance)

Should it be relevant an experienced doctor is on hand to provide medical input and advice, specifically at this early stage to ensure no reversible medical issue is driving the need for home care

This on boarding medical practitioner service is free and unique to CONCIERGE HOME CARE

STEP 3 - THE DECISION

Should you wish to confirm Concierge Home Care as your preferred provider, the application documents forwarded via email previously are signed, the required information is included and returned to us by email

STEP 4 - THE CARER

A specific carer is allocated to you dependant on your needs. All concierge carers have been carefully vetted, interviewed and assessed before acceptance to join our staff. They are personable, respectful, extremely professional and are matched to a particular client and their location at our discretion.

STEP 5 - THE DEPOSIT

A deposit equivalent to one week of care as per the quote is paid at this stage and before care commences.

STEP 6 - THE COMMENCEMENT OF CARE 

SISTER NAYLOR THEN PERSONALLY FACILITATES THE INTRODUCTION OF CARERS TO YOU on the AGREED START DATE of CARE

The carer is advised ‘on site’ of the specific requirements of your planned care and suggestions highlighted now are actioned 

CARE BEGINS !

Regular home visits by CONCIERGE management ensures quality of care and your satisfaction.

Excellent Communication. 

You deal directly with Sister Nicolette Naylor, the CONCIERGE owner principle, who will personally ensure that issues are addressed in a timeous and professional manner.

 

NOTE re MEDICAL AIDS

 CONCIERGE will invoice you for our home based care services in advance. If relevant, you are responsible for submitting to MEDICAL AIDS for reimbursement. CONCIERGE will provide all the relevant information, advice and documentation to ensure this process is easy for you.
