Concierge has teamed up with Zoe Naylor Child Care in 2023 to deliver enhanced and secure au pair services to parents.
As entrepreneurial Founder and Managing Director, Zoe Naylor already has years of experience in delivering both personally and as an agency, au pair services of an extremely high quality.
Zoe is passionate about childcare, preferring a hands on approach to her business and continues to provide services in a personal capacity to select clients, as well as managing the placement and quality of service of all her au pairs. Zoe's au pairs are individually vetted to ensure their professionalism and suitability.

ZOE considers child caring as a personal career choice, fulfilling a passion for working with children in a positive, constructive and compassionate manner, and not merely a form of income or gap year filler.

honest
reliable
punctual
competent in following instruction while also taking initiative as required
All au pairs are fully screened and meet requirements as follows:
* a successful interview and assessment in person by Zoe's management team
* that they possess the personal qualities mentioned above
* previous childcare experience
* school certificate
* tertiary qualification / courses
* language proficiency
* security clearance including identity documents and banking / proof of address confirmation
* criminal record clearance
* valid driver’s licence +/- reliable car as required
* NB contactable references
