CONCIERGE ensures our clients remain at home rather than use residential, long-term or institutional-based nursing care and prevent hospital admissions by early recognition / treatment of reversible medical issues.

 

CONCIERGE has a particular interest and is experienced in caring for DEMENTIA patients and those requiring POST HOSPITALISATION REHABILITATION care.

CONCIERGE HOME CARE offers services daily ( please note a minimum six hour DAY shift / twelve hour NIGHT shift ) on week days and over weekends as well as full 24/7 LIVE IN or LIVE OUT care.
